How the tiers are structured

One ledger, three levels of volume

Each plan includes the core ledger, invoicing, and bank feeds. What increases across tiers is transaction volume, user count, and which modules are switched on.

GST handling is available on the plans aimed at registered businesses, and payroll integration sits alongside it. Support is included on every tier, not reserved for the top one. There is no separate charge for reaching a human by phone or live chat.

Starter, Growth and Scale

The three berths below cover most Singapore businesses. If you sit between two of them, a short call settles it.

Starter

For new companies

A clean set of books from the first invoice: core ledger, invoicing and one bank feed, with a low monthly transaction allowance. Users are limited, which is fine when the director and one bookkeeper are the whole finance team. GST can be switched on when you register.

Billed monthly or annually

Growth

For SMEs adding payroll and GST

Adds payroll integration and GST workflows, and raises the transaction and user limits. It fits an SME with a handful of employees, a GST registration, and more than one person touching the accounts. Approval flows become available here, so larger expenses can require a second pair of eyes, and multiple bank feeds can be connected.

Scale

For mid-market teams

Built for finance teams with multiple users, higher transaction volumes, and reporting needs beyond the standard set. It supports cost centre or multi-entity tracking without parallel spreadsheets. Audit trail and approval configuration are more granular, which is what a board or a bank will eventually ask for, and onboarding for a migration of this size is guided.

Quoted on entities and reporting

Guided migration onboarding

Published tiers cover most businesses. Volume and module combinations can shift the figure, so every berth above is confirmed against your own numbers rather than posted as a fixed rate.

What is included in every plan, and what sits outside it

Support on every tier

Reachable by phone, email, and live chat during Singapore business hours. It is not reserved for higher plans or charged as an add-on.

Data export

Available at any point, so leaving does not require a support ticket and a negotiation. Anything you have already filed or exported stays with you.

Permissions and logging

Per-user permissions and activity logging are standard rather than an upgrade, so you can see who touched what.

Onboarding help

Setting up your chart of accounts is part of signing up, not a paid add-on bolted on afterwards.

Choosing between two plans

Two questions decide it

If your needs sit between tiers, the deciding questions are usually headcount and volume. A short call with our team can settle it in a few minutes, and we would rather recommend the cheaper plan that fits than oversell a tier.

01

How many people need a login?

Count everyone who will touch the accounts — a director, a bookkeeper, an external accountant. User limits are one of the two things that move between tiers.

02

What volume do you process?

Roughly how many transactions go through monthly. If payroll is coming this year or GST registration is likely, plan for the tier that includes them rather than upgrading twice.

Billing, terms, and what happens if you leave

Billing cycle

Plans are billed monthly or annually, and annual billing reduces the effective monthly cost.

Contract

There is no long lock-in contract; you can cancel at the end of a billing period.

Your data

Your data can be exported at any point, including after cancellation.

Upgrades

If payroll or GST becomes relevant, you can move up to the tier that includes them.

Downgrades

If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing date rather than mid-cycle.

After cancellation

Anything you have already filed or exported stays with you.

Comparing us with other options

Feature lists in this market converge quickly, so the useful comparisons are local readiness, support reachability, and whether the vendor is verifiable. Our pricing page sits alongside our published corporate registration details for exactly that reason. Apply the same test to anyone else you shortlist.

Local readiness

GST and payroll on Singapore rules

Local readiness

Check whether GST and payroll reflect Singapore rules rather than a global template. A filing calendar that assumes a different jurisdiction costs you time every quarter.

Support reachability

Check whether a phone number reaches a person during your working hours. Ask what happens in the week a GST filing is due, not in a calm month.

Verifiable vendor

Check the provider's registration details and a physical Singapore address. A vendor you can look up is easier to hold to what was agreed.

Exit terms

Read the cancellation and export clauses before you commit, on any platform. Being able to take your ledger elsewhere matters more than a small difference in monthly cost.

Getting a straight answer on cost

Published tiers cover most businesses, but volume and module combinations can shift the figure. If you want a definite number for your situation, tell us your headcount, transaction volume, and whether GST and payroll apply. We will come back with the tier that fits and what it costs, without a sales sequence attached. That applies whether you are a startup with one invoice a month or a mid-market team running multiple entities.

Is support included in the lower plans?

Yes. Phone, email, and live chat support during Singapore business hours is included on every tier. It is not reserved for higher plans or charged as an add-on.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade, and the change takes effect at the next billing date rather than mid-cycle. If payroll or GST becomes relevant, you can move to the tier that includes them.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long lock-in contract. Plans are billed monthly or annually, and you can cancel at the end of a billing period. Your data remains exportable after cancellation.

Does the plan cover statutory filings like annual returns?

No. Statutory filings to ACRA are handled by a corporate service provider rather than by the software. The plans cover accounting, invoicing, bank feeds, GST, and payroll.

Pick the berth that matches your numbers

Send your headcount, monthly transaction volume, and whether GST and payroll apply, and we will confirm the tier and the cost. If you would rather start on a small plan and grow into payroll and GST later, that works too — the ledger, invoicing, and bank feeds are the same on every level.
