Crymphel Cloud Accounting · Singapore
Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for using this website and any services offered through it. By accessing the site you accept them. Crymphel is a Singapore-registered business, and the registration details are published in the footer.
How to read this document
The terms below are written in plain order: what you may do on the site, what applies if you subscribe to the software, how fees work, what counts as acceptable use, who owns what, what we can and cannot promise, how far our liability reaches, and which law applies. If a point is not covered here, the agreement you receive at signup or the invoice you receive for a billing period governs the specifics of that arrangement.
These terms cover the website and the cloud accounting software for business offered through it, together with the support channels published on the site. They do not replace professional accounting, tax, or legal advice for your own circumstances.

Use of the website
This section covers what the site is for, what is not permitted, and what the information on it does and does not amount to.
You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating or using our services. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated tools to extract content at a volume that affects other visitors. Normal reading, printing for internal reference, and sharing a page link with a colleague are all fine.
Content on the site is provided for general information. Feature descriptions, pricing pages, and help material explain what the software does, but they do not constitute accounting, tax, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for reviewing your own figures or speaking to a qualified professional. Where a page describes a capability, the exact configuration depends on the plan you choose and the modules enabled at signup.
Subscription setup happens with our team, not through an unattended form on this page.
Accounts and subscriptions
If you subscribe to the software, the specific plan, fees, user limits, and modules are set out at signup or in a separate agreement. Read those figures against your own headcount and reporting needs before you commit, because the plan you select determines how many users can be added and which modules are switched on.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for the activity carried out under your account. That includes the people you invite, the permissions you give them, and any entries they post. If someone who should no longer have access still does, remove them from the account rather than relying on a password change alone.
Subscription changes take effect at the next billing date unless stated otherwise. Either party may end the subscription in accordance with the applicable billing period. If you plan to leave, export your data before the final billing date so your records stay complete.
Fees and payment
Fees are stated at signup and are payable in advance for the chosen billing period. Where payment is by invoice or bank transfer, the terms stated on the invoice apply, including the due date and the currency. Keep the invoice reference on your transfer so the payment can be matched without follow-up.
- Billing period
- Fees cover the period you select at signup and renew for the same period unless you change or end the subscription before the next billing date.
- Refunds
- Amounts already paid for a completed billing period are not refundable except where required by law. If a billing error is ours, tell us and we will correct it.
- Fee changes
- We will give notice of any change to fees before it takes effect, so you can decide whether to continue on the new figures.
- Late payment
- If an invoice is not settled by its due date, we may contact you to resolve it before the account is affected. Any suspension is discussed with you first where we can reach you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to store or transmit unlawful material, to attempt to breach security controls, or to resell access without written agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We may suspend an account where use threatens the security or availability of the service for others, and will explain the reason where we can.
Your data
Entries, documents, and reports you upload or create remain your records. The figures you post are only as reliable as the source documents behind them.
Access sharing
Give each colleague their own login and remove it when their role ends. Shared credentials make it impossible to tell who entered what.
Security
Do not test, probe, or attempt to bypass access controls. If you think you have found a weakness, report it through the contact details on the contact page instead.
Intellectual property
The software, site content, and branding are owned by Crymphel or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You receive a right to use the service for your business during your subscription. Your accounting data remains yours, and you may export it.
These terms do not transfer ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other. You may not copy, resell, or present our software or content as your own product, and we will not use your business records for anything beyond operating and supporting the service you have subscribed to.
If you leave, the export you take with you is yours to keep. We recommend running that export before your final billing date and storing it somewhere you control.
Your records stay yours. Export them at any point during your subscription.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the service available and functioning, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and factors outside our control can affect access. Where planned maintenance would interrupt normal use, we aim to give notice in advance through the support channels.
The service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under Singapore law. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on figures you have entered or reviewed.
What that means in practice
- Keep your own copy of critical records outside the platform. The software helps you work with your accounts; it does not remove the need for a backup.
- Check posted entries against source documents before you file. The platform records what you and your team enter.
- Report anything that looks wrong through the support page so it can be looked at by the team that handles the account.
Limitation of liability
This section explains the ceiling on what we can be asked to cover, and the few things it does not apply to.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the site or services is limited to the fees paid for the affected billing period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data where you have not maintained your own exports.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you believe an error on our side has affected your records, raise it with the team through the contact page with the relevant dates and entries, and we will look into what happened.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the version published on this site is the current one. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Where a change materially affects how you use the service, we aim to flag it through the support channels rather than leaving you to notice it on your next visit.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. Questions can be sent through the contact details on the contact page.

Contact supportCommon questions about these terms
Short answers to the points readers ask about most. The clauses above carry the full wording.
Does using the website mean I have accepted these terms? Open
Yes. Accessing the site means you accept the version published here at that time. If you subscribe to the software, the plan details, fees, and modules at signup or in a separate agreement sit alongside these terms.
Can I export my accounting data if I stop subscribing? Open
Yes. Your records stay yours, and you can export them at any point during your subscription. Run the export before your final billing date so nothing is left behind, and keep a copy somewhere you control.
Is the information on this site accounting or tax advice? Open
No. Pages describing features, plans, and support explain what the software does. They are general information, not accounting, tax, or legal advice, and they do not account for your specific circumstances.
What happens if fees change? Open
We give notice before a fee change takes effect, so you can decide whether to continue on the new figures. Subscription changes you request take effect at the next billing date unless stated otherwise.
Where do I send a question about a clause? Open
Use the contact details published on the contact page, or call +65 6283 2913 during office hours. Include the clause you are asking about and, if it relates to a subscription, the billing period in question.
