What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter, which typically includes your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. Our servers also record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. If you contact us by phone or email, we hold that correspondence.
We ask only for what is needed to answer an enquiry. Nothing in the contact form is mandatory beyond the fields that let us reply, and you can leave a note in the message box if you would rather we contact you through a different channel than the one you entered.
Why we collect it
We use enquiry details to respond to your message and to recommend a suitable plan or service. Technical information is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. If you become a customer, account and billing information is processed to provide the service. We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.
If you ask about pricing, onboarding, or moving records from another system, we use what you send only to prepare that answer. We do not build profiles from enquiries, and we do not sell or rent the details you give us.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses cookies to support basic functionality and to understand how pages are used. The cookie policy on this site explains the categories used and how to control them through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect some site features. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.
You can read the full breakdown of categories and controls on the Cookie Policy page. If you block cookies, the parts of the site that depend on them may not work as expected, but you can still read every page and send an enquiry.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with service providers who help us operate the site or deliver the service, and who are bound to use it only for that purpose. We may disclose information where required by Singapore law or by a valid legal request. If the business is restructured, data may transfer as part of that transaction under the same protections.
Where a provider processes data on our behalf, the arrangement limits that provider to the task we have asked for. If you want to know which categories of provider are involved in handling your enquiry, ask us and we will set out the categories in plain terms.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your question and for a reasonable period afterward for reference. Customer account and financial records are retained as required for accounting and tax purposes under Singapore rules. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
If you ask us to delete an enquiry and no accounting or legal duty requires us to keep it, we will remove it rather than hold it for the reference period.
Your rights and how to use them
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. You can also object to a particular use, such as marketing. Requests can be made through the contact details on this site. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first.
-
Ask for a copy of the personal data linked to your enquiry or your account.
-
Ask us to correct a name, company, email, or phone number that is out of date.
-
Opt out of any follow-up marketing while keeping your enquiry on record.
-
Ask for deletion where no accounting, tax, or legal duty requires retention.
Security
Access to personal data is limited to staff and providers who need it. We use access controls, logging, and encrypted connections. No system can be described as entirely free of risk, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority as required.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The current version is always the one published on this site. Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your data, can be sent through the contact details published on the contact page and in the footer.
This version was published on 4 November 2026. If a future revision changes how enquiries are handled, the date at the top of this page will change with it.
